As both a writer and Creative Director, he has received awards in every major international advertising award show – a tally including two Cannes Grand Prix Lions. As a creative leader, Paul’s passion is to create big, strategic campaigns designed to be shared by every part and partner within a client’s business, not simply the marketing department.

Prior to joining TBWA, Ricci spent two years as Managing Partner for BMF Melbourne and almost 15 years in Executive and Board roles at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne. Ricci’s work has been awarded in creative and effectiveness award shows the world over​ including a coveted Cannes Lion Grand Prix. With experience from Finance to Food and almost everything in-between, Ricci's industry impact has been acknowledged locally and globally, including WON Report ranking as the #5 Account Service in the world.

With 20 years experience in marketing and communications and 10 years with TBWA\Melbourne, Belinda has provided thought leadership and strategic counsel to some of Australia’s largest brands including Medibank, Origin, ANZ, Coles, Qantas, and Ford. Belinda currently leads Nissan United, Omnicom's dedicated multi-agency unit formulated specifically for Nissan, that specialises in the intersection of data, media and creativity. She is passionate about connecting brands with the right individuals through the most relevant and personal path possible.
